Authentication

Authenticity for all

We guarantee authenticity on every watch we auction.
Each watch is thoroughly examined upon receipt by our in-house master watchmaker for authenticity; checking movement, serial number, and all parts, including the bracelet.

Grading

K1

Pristine: unworn, no signs of use.

K2

Mint: like new, may pass for new but showing very light signs of wear.

K3

Near-mint: Light wear and tear, surface scratches, not over polished, no major dings.

Photography

All watches are professionally photographed in-house upon receipt, then cataloged for posting.

Auction

Inventory

Each timepiece is individually vetted to create a highly desirable and curated selection, this selection drives the market. All inventory is in KLOCKCHAIN’s possession for the duration of the auction.

Time

7-day auction. New DROPS are posted daily.

Bid war

“2 Minute Rule”
Auction will extend for an additional 2 minutes until no more bids are placed.

No reserve

There is no reserve on all KLOCKCHAIN drop. Each drop will be sold to the highest bidder.

Auction fee

An 8% buyer’s premium will be added on top of the winning “hammer” price.

Winning

Upon winning, your credit card on file will automatically be charged the entire 8% Buyer’s Premium ($10,000 maximum charge).

You will then receive an emailed invoice for the remaining balance due (plus shipping costs and any taxes due).

All payments are due within 7 days of invoicing, and can be made via wire transfer, or credit card (up to $50k, with a 3% surcharge).

Shipping

The shipping fee is based on the watch’s winning bid price/“hammer price”. Upon winning, an initial $150 will be charged to the card on file. Any additional shipping fee will be added to the final invoice.

Shipping

All shipments will be sent insured overnight with a signature required. Pieces over $100,000 will be delivered by private carrier.
